Aaaaand in this case you are right and I agree.

After a few comments from my good mates on Facebook, I'm changing my thinking when it comes to training and being held accountable to hit the pavement.

The main concerns were the plan of setting a training schedule and punishing myself for not following through. Fair play.

Yet another milestone hit! Day One...version twenty.

I've been here many times before. Enthusiastic and full of beans over the prospect of challenging and bettering myself only to find that I easily reach day three but then slowly taper off to have to start all over again weeks or months later. Not this time. This time I've got a feeling things will be different.
